is presumed to be shared by members of a specific community.
The "information" many include facts that are already known
by most of your audience, or that can easily be looked up in reference
works, and that are not controversial. The "community" may be
defined as a particular academic discipline, race, ethnic group, or region.
It might even be defined as your classroom.
